Funke is a young, dynamic and growing web company specialising in the Analysis, Design, Development and Implementation of custom online solutions based in Ultimo, Sydney.

A full-time opportunity has become available for an Associate Web Producer to join our funky team. Salary will be considered based on skills, knowledge and experience.

The position would be ideally suited for someone looking to kick-off their career in managing web projects. The applicant will have the opportunity to work in a supportive atmosphere alongside an experienced team of web professionals.

The Applicant Would:

  • Work & Learn alongside the Senior Project Manager
  • Assist the Senior Project Manager on large projects
  • Manage small web projects Organise enhancements and updates to existing client websites
  • Enforce Quality Assurance processes
  • Document minutes from meetings, update project timelines & create status reports.

The ideal applicant must have:

  • 1-2 years experience managing web projects (or equivalent)
  • A passion for working in web complemented by ambition to deliver exceptional results to clients
  • Superior attention to detail
  • Excellent communication skills – both written and verbal (English)
  • Excellent problem solving skills
  • The ability to manage time, prioritise tasks & take ownership of work
  • Ability to organize and manage resources to achieve an objective on time & on budget
  • Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
  • Must be an Australian Citizen

It is highly advantageous if you have:

  • Experience using MS Office, MS Project, Visio
  • Experience using Content Management Systems (CMS)
  • Experience with Web Design techniques
  • Experience with Web Development technologies
  • Basic understanding of HTML
