Café Ottimo has always been an integral part of Funke operations, providing Funke fuel in the form of coffee, breakfast, lunch and a venue for informal business meetings. Ottimo needed an online presence and a way to distribute their catering menu and essential details as well as offering easy access to spread their presence through Social Media services. In addition to the website, we re-designed both the clients lunch & breakfast and catering menu and even created some new business cards as an added bonus to our favourite cafe. Funke Web Solutions and GQ Australia partnered up once more - this time for a simultaneous double-whammy launch of the new GQ Magazine website, as well as the 2009 Man of the Year Awards.Using existing tools and structures within the Expression Engine CMS we produced a new clean, slick grid-based website and implementing more social media options - including Twitter. The decision to focus on latest and past articles was a strategic boost to GQ's SEO and return visits, culminating in a more interactive and informative lifestyle site - just like the print magazine they are best known for.

A brand new hip and trendy hair salon has opened its doors in Neutral Bay – Salon Yazbek. Their philosophy is to create beautiful, practical and vibrant hair. Salon Yazbek is also very environmentally sound, using only 100% post-consumer recycled paper! Funke Recently worked with the Make Believe and The Australian Council for Educational Leaders to launch the ACEL Leadership Academy website. At the heart of this website is the The ACEL Leadership Capability Framework, a set of capabilities for the complex and exciting entity – educational leadership. The Framework is a learning resource and a learning tool to be used by individuals, teams, schools and systems.
The Leadership Academy Website empowers leaders to access information and resources in a modern and collaborative environment. The website is built using the Drupal Content Management System with numerous custom modules to support complex business rules and user centric functionality.

Rambutan is the 'go to' setting for the discreet dinner & cocktail lover, sheltered away from the limelight and hustle and bustle of its iconic Oxford Street city fringe location. Once passing through the doors you realise, in the true Rambutan form, this venue is full of surprises - and this is no exception with their new website. The Rambutan website is a fun and surprising experience, with the design and technology particularly reflective of Rambutan's characteristically contemporary Thai themed cuisine. Move between the tiki lounge upstairs and the restaurant downstairs online... just like the real thing!
