Maintenance and support contracts are customised to meet individual client budgets and requirements.
Monthly Maintenance Checks
As part of maintenance we offer a series of monthly checks for our clients including:
- Review of any available CMS security patches
- Review of any available CMS module or core version updates
- Check on all automated scripts (backup and system)
- Check all system and CMS error logs for any problems
- Any additional website specific checks (Traffic monitoring, report generation, manual cleanup tasks)
Monthly Retainer
Maintenance and support contracts include the provision for website enhancements and changes on a monthly basis. This is customised to suit the clients' expectations and budget. It can either be a fixed monthly amount or time and materials agreement. All maintenance tasks are managed through Funke's JIRA issue management system following a workflow emphasising quality assurance and client visibility.
