We aim to build long term partnerships with all our clients. Once we deliver a web solution we understand that in an ever changing environment growth will often require a professional touch. We offer ongoing maintenance and support to our clients, guiding their continuing development and expansion.  Maintenance and support contracts are customised to meet individual client budgets and requirements.

Monthly Maintenance Checks

As part of maintenance we offer a series of monthly checks for our clients including:

  • Review of any available CMS security patches
  • Review of any available CMS module or core version updates
  • Check on all automated scripts (backup and system)
  • Check all system and CMS error logs for any problems
  • Any additional website specific checks (Traffic monitoring, report generation, manual cleanup tasks)

Monthly Retainer

Maintenance and support contracts include the provision for website enhancements and changes on a monthly basis. This is customised to suit the clients' expectations and budget. It can either be a fixed monthly amount or time and materials agreement. All maintenance tasks are managed through Funke's JIRA issue management system following a workflow emphasising quality assurance and client visibility.
